    • Once the survey is completed by the respondent, the entry becomes available in your institutions Dashboard for your review. Graphs and descriptive stats adjust immediately.

    1. Standard feedback/evaluation systems start with collecting email addresses of potential respondents — e.g., when a visitor purchases a ticket at your point of sale — and can be initiated either by a staff member or by the visitor.
    2. This initial collection can be completed with a tablet on the counter or through an integration with the existing booking system. At the point of registration, this is also a good opportunity to pick up another item or two of basic demographic information, such as group type. The survey invitation is then sent using the email you collect from the visitor.
    3. After the event, visitors are sent emails to invite feedback. Emails use a unique ID to link initial registrations to the follow-up online survey form (either embedded on your website site or using Qualia Analytic’s server).

  • Impact Evaluation

    • This evaluation system sets up a robust repeated measures survey structure for evaluating impact and other key outcomes, such as quality of experience.
    • Initial information (including email address) is collected from respondents. They are then invited to complete a pre-event survey, asking about current ideas, thoughts or habits.
    • After the event, visitors are sent emails to invite feedback a second time. The survey will include some repeated measures and items specific to each iteration of the survey (e.g., longer term in the period since the event).
    • Once the survey is completed by the respondent, both sets of responses are automatically linked together and visible in your institutions Dashboard.

  • Longitudinal Evaluation

    • As with the Impact Evaluation system type, longitudinal evaluations involve multiple (usually up to three) online surveys linked together to show variations over extended periods of time. The timeframe is flexible and can be set to any length of time. Commonly, longitudinal surveys are sent every three to six months.
    • As with other system types, basic information including email is collected about your visitor when they interact with you via booking forms or on-site at your event, for example.
    • After the event, visitors are emailed invitations automatically to complete the first online survey.  The survey system records this interaction with your visitor and sets the approximate date for the next email invitation. Responses are automatically linked and visible in your Dashboard.

  • Longitudinal Impact Evaluation

    • As with the Impact Evaluation system type, longitudinal evaluations involve multiple (usually up to three) online surveys linked together to show variations over extended periods of time.   • Basic System Package

    •   Basic packages are designed to have fast set up times and a straightforward approach.
    •   These systems will always have a customized dashboard for your projects and institution that provides analytics, progress tracking, data export functions for raw data.
    • Includes one default language and one add-on language. The system will automatically translate and analyze responses from closed-ended survey items.
    • The analytics for open text responses include word cloud generation and sentiment analysis.
    •   Institution branding on your surveys are included, as well as five different embed options for the survey itself.
    •   Your system type will generally follow an existing structure for data collection and evaluation.
    • Software for offline data collection (via browser or downloadable app) is included, which also features a Kiosk mode.
    • Other features can be added in order to tailor the basic package to your project’s specific requirements.

  • Premium System Package

    • Premium packages include Basics and additional features that can complicate system setup and delivery.
    • These systems may require our IT business analysts or technicians to assess existing business processes or platforms, set up special integrations, and tailored analytics or reporting.
    • The system can be integrated to collect contact details for existing booking forms and segmentation of contacts into different communication lists. Also includes paper surveys with digital scanning.
    • Ongoing system support for up to 5 languages are included above the default language. Within system translations are automated.
    • Notifications can be customized for responses that fall below your standards, sent to you by your preferred method (email, text or inside the dashboard).
    • Analytics can be customized beyond descriptive or comparative analytics to include internal benchmarking, inferential statistics, or modeling.
    • Other features can be added in order to tailor this package to your project’s specific requirements.
