This role allows you to work on global research projects with academic and non-academic stakeholders, using a range of methodological innovations underpinned by our proprietary technology. The Research Team
Our research team will engage in highly varied research and evaluation projects, from merging datasets and conducting secondary analysis of statistical data to shaping the ongoing development of fully automated quantitative research solutions running across multiple institutions. Clients include governmental bodies, professional associations and nonprofit institutions such as museums & galleries, science festivals, academic and professional conferences, zoos & aquariums, universities, training centres, and for-profit companies such as theme parks. Your work will contribute to knowledge in audience evaluation, conservation and biodiversity insights, and high quality services and experience research through innovative and technology-enhanced quantitative research methods.
You will join a cross-functional team including business analysts, operations, graphic designers and developers. Your “people skills” and comfort with team-based projects will be greatly appreciated, in addition to your excellent ability in rational analysis and creative problem-solving.

Bachelor’s degree in social science discipline (or currently studying).
Master’s or PhD degree in a social science discipline with high grades (or currently studying for one of these degrees with good results).
Starting compensation offer will depend on experience, education and your particular set of specialisms. Qualia Analytics is a growing company and advancement can be expected depending on performance.
Expected hours are at least 10 and up to 40 hours per week, though your precise schedule can be flexible. Within this range, flexibility will depend on the scope of work you can performance, level of performance and your own motivation and initiative.
This position is a remote ‘tele-working’ position. You will choose your own location to work from because there is no requirement that you work from an office. However, you will need reliable computer and internet access.
