As a developer with Qualia Analytics (QA), you will contribute to the development of next-generation technology that enhances the entire process of research and evaluation our clients. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring platform stability, with technical designs and solution development that improves system functioning and user experience. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of large-scale web applications, have knowledge of UI frameworks, and experience writing automated scripts for standalone web-services that can power front-end projects and fully integrated applications.
As such, this position involves engaging with design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancements to our online platform with a high level of development practice. You should be versatile, have a strong interest and desire to work on complex systems that covers (some of) the following areas: information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, hierarchical and relational databases, security and encryption, artificial intelligence and natural language processing, UI design and mobile. You should have demonstratable ability to participate in multiple implementation life cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support). You should have strong analytical skills and an orientation toward action.
